My Malta

This week I have visited my bestie Anita in Malta where she now works and lives. I was promised a lot of sun and summer feeling, but the weather gods were not on my side this time, so I got rain, rain and more rain. Water was flooding in the charming, narrow streets. Oh well, I like to explore new places no matter the weather so I managed to make the most of my little Malta trip.

I stayed in St. Julians but visited the cities Valletta, Silema and Mdina too. I did some shopping and got a massage when the weather was at it’s worst. We went out to eat every night, and I must say that Malta knows it’s pizza, pasta and gelato. Must have something to do with the island being a neighbor to Italia. I have a feeling that I will come back to Malta to explore more of the country. But I might check the weather forecast a few times first. 😉
