It does hurt a little looking at these photos from an amazing weekend in Oslo, when I am now back with my frozen pizza. Being taken out to one of Oslo’s better restaurants: Arakataka (I dare you to pronounce that out loud), I just had to bring my camera along to document it all. I don’t really see myself as a picky eater (even though I do have my foods that I just cannot handle), but this weekend I have been eating stuff I never in my life thought I would, and really expanded my taste horizon. With 5 courses on Saturday and 7 courses, as pictured above, on Sunday, I’m still in a bit of a food coma – but ever so pleased. I feel like a really lucky girl!
